We have house and land packages available as well as units under construction at all times. These are all in the best location in both Warwick and Stanthorpe.
Maintenance
At MBC Constructions we provide a 12 month defects liability period which is unique to the domestic building sector.
We have a 16 week guaranteed construction time frame from slab down and with fixed price contracts on all MBC standard house designs. During construction you will have access to our professional colour consultant where we can help co-ordinate all your colour selections inside and out.
Preliminaries
Let us take care of the preliminaries for you – Soil Reports, Engineers & Architect Designed house plan can be looked after by our experienced consultants to achieve a design that you are happy with . At MBC Constructions we believe your floor plan is of the upmost importance so it suits your lifestyle. Whether you love the outdoors and you entertain outdoors or you are in the colder climate and your entertaining is done inside, your floor plan has to suit.
Design
In the south east we need to take advantage of our natural sun light so all main living areas and main bedrooms are orientated to the north east to catch the winter sun. This will have a great effect on the costs for your winter heating and also your summer cooling of your home.
